How to Set Up Email Marketing in LuperIQ
This step-by-step guide walks you through setting up email marketing from scratch. By the end, you will have subscribers importing, your first campaign ready, and a drip sequence running on autopilot.
Prerequisites #
- A LuperIQ CMS installation (Free or Professional plan)
- SMTP configured for email delivery (Settings > SMTP)
- At least one subscriber or a CSV file to import
Step 1: Activate the Email Marketing Module #
Navigate to the admin dashboard and open the Module Manager. Find Email Marketing in the Marketing category and click Activate. The module will appear in your admin navigation immediately.
Step 2: Configure SMTP Delivery #
Go to Settings > SMTP and enter your email provider credentials. LuperIQ supports any SMTP server including Gmail, SendGrid, Amazon SES, and Mailgun. Send a test email to verify delivery.
Step 3: Import Subscribers #
Open Email Marketing > Subscribers and click Import. Upload a CSV file with columns for email, name, and any custom fields. LuperIQ automatically deduplicates and validates email addresses.
Step 4: Create Your First Campaign #
Go to Email Marketing > Campaigns and click New Campaign. Choose a template or start from scratch with the drag-and-drop editor. Write your content, add images, and preview on desktop and mobile.
Step 5: Set Up a Drip Sequence #
Navigate to Email Marketing > Automations. Create a new drip sequence triggered by subscriber sign-up. Add emails at day 1, day 3, and day 7 intervals. Each email in the sequence can have its own template and content.
Step 6: Monitor Results #
Check Email Marketing > Analytics to see open rates, click rates, and bounces for each campaign. Use this data to refine your subject lines and content over time.
